Do all ticket categories give me acces to a seat in the RX grandstands and to the paddock ?

Yes. All tickets give you access to the circuit as well an unassigned seat in the RX grandstands (subject to availability) and the paddocks.

Are there special rates for children ? 

Free entry applies to children under 16 accompanied by an adult. It is important to note that under 16s MUST order a ticket even if it is free.

Are there tickets for people with reduced mobility (PRM)? What does this ticket include?

Yes. There are specific tickets for people with reduced mobility (PRM), who can enter the site for free. It is mandatory to bring an official PRM card at the entrance of the circuit. It is important to note that people with reduced mobility MUST order a ticket even if it is free.

A zone dedicated to PRM will be set up next to the RX grandstand, where 1 accompanying person will be authorized. This accompanying person must have a non-PRM paying ticket.

Can i cancel my purchases?

Tickets will not be taken back or exchanged, unless the Benelux World Rallycross of Spa-Francorchamps is cancelled.

Can i change my order online?

Orders cannot be modified.

Can i add ticket to one of my online orders ?

No, but you can order tickets by placing a new order on your personal account on our website.

PAYMENT / BILING 

What are the accepted payment methods ?

Accepted payment cards are: Visa, Eurocard - Master Card, Bancontact and iDEAL.

Is the payment secure ?

To guarantee the security of your banking data, your credit card information is not stored on our website. Online payment is made by credit card in 100 % secure area. It is carried out by Ingenico, one of the main players in the European market for Internet banking transactions.

Can you send me an invoice ? 

After receiving your payment, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to your email address.

Can i invoice my orders to several companies ?

Yes, by opening a different customer account for each company to be invoiced. For a customer account, only one billing address is possible.

Can i change my biling address ?

Yes. You can change your billing address by logging into your account on our website. If the invoice has already been issued, it will no longer be possible to change the billing address (legal obligation). However, the new encoded billing address will be used for all invoices for subsequent orders.

My payment has been declined, what should i do ?

Please try again, preferably with another credit card.

DELIVERY

When, how and in what format will i receive my tickets after placing an order online ? 

As soon as your payment has been validated and your order fully paid, you will receive an email including a link to your e-ticket, which can be downloaded from your customer area, in PDF format.

Bovendien zijn er veel borden op de site geïnstalleerd om u te begeleiden. Kaarten van het Circuit zijn beschikbaar in ons programma.

• Het is verboden om op de trappen van de tribune te zitten en/of deze te blokkeren;
• Banners, vlaggen en ander promotiemateriaal zijn toegestaan op voorwaarde dat ze het zicht niet hinderen en / of andere kijkers niet storen;
• Blijf hoffelijk en geduldig;
• In geval van een incident, staan onze tribuneverantwoordelijken tot je beschikking;
• Het is toegelaten om foto’s te nemen, op voorwaarde dat je de andere toeschouwers niet stoort.
• Wij vragen je om niet te lang te blijven rechtstaan.

• Zonder zon, kan de site best fris zijn, voorzie dus iets om jezelf te bedekken;
• Voorzie in geval van regen een regenjas;
• Vergeet in geval van sterke hitte niet om jezelf voldoende te hydrateren;
