SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS WORLD RX AND EURO RX1 ENTRIES REVEALED

The legendary Belgian Grand Prix venue will play host to rounds six and seven of World RX’s inaugural electric campaign, and if the breathless action so far is anything to go by, fans are in for a real treat, as drivers do battle in the fastest and most powerful cars ever to compete in the championship.
The weekend will also stage the final round of the 2022 Euro RX1 season, attracting a high-calibre, 19-strong field of entrants. This includes three cars from Betomik Racing, for Mika Liimatainen, Mikko Ikonen and Juha Rytkönen, who stunned observers on his World RX debut on home soil at Kouvola in 2020 by pipping the likes of Timmy Hansen and Niclas Grönholm to the runner-up spoils.
Entries for the penultimate round of the FIA RX2e Championship remain open until 30 September.
